MAQS advises Aberdeen Asset Management in connection with the structure and set-up of a real estate fund
Aberdeen Asset Management is a global investment management group, managing assets such as equity, fixed income and real estate for local and international institutions in the form of funds and mandates.
MAQS has advised Aberdeen Asset Management in connection with the structure and set-up of the real estate fund Aberdeen Residential Sweden. Around ten institutional investors, most of whom are Swedish, have invested in the fund. The fund has a conservative investment strategy with a low level of gearing and aims to invest in high-quality residential properties in expanding areas. SEK 970 million was raised at the initial closing.
