We draw up a broad spectrum of different employment contracts in conjunction with employment and termination of employment. We also represent clients in their negotiations with trade unions. Furthermore, we assist clients in conjunction with different types of organisational changes, e.g. reorganisations, acquisitions or the sale of operations as well as redundancies when operations are being downsized.

Our lawyers have a great deal of experience of collective agreement issues, both as regards the interpretation of collective agreements and disputes, as well as negotiating side contracts and company agreements.

We also have a great deal of knowledge as regards pension agreements, incentive and bonus programmes, and questions to do with competition and loyalty.
