The MAQS procedural law team has extensive experience of representing clients in a variety of different commercial disputes. The team also consists of lawyers with a great deal of experience of working as arbitrators and certified mediators.

We represent major national and international companies, government agencies and also small and medium-sized companies during the resolution of disputes in both general courts and through arbitration.

The procedural law team works with specially set up groups so that when the need arises we are able to benefit from our collected specialist and sectoral expertise at MAQS, for example in the area of construction law, intellectual property law, tax law and maritime and transport law.
