Sara Ribbeklint is an adviser to several major Swedish and international companies, as well as to Swedish Universities, Insurance companies and the Swedish Red Cross. Sara has been practicing law for 11 years, primarily as a corporate commercial lawyer. She is an experienced negotiator and has advised and represented clients in risk management, franchise projects, public procurement projects, research and development projects and co-operation projects. In addition, Sara is a mediator under the rules of the Mediation Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. She is a frequent lecturer at various negotiation, mediation, dispute resolution and contract law seminars.

During the last six years Sara has been specializing in commercial litigation and arbitration. Sara has been lead counsel in numerous cases before all instances of the Swedish courts, including the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. She has also been lead counsel in arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc arbitration and under the rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute. She has represented clients in matters concerning Swedish and international trade, commercial agreements, franchise, tax law, labor law, energy, public procurement and trademarks.
