MAQS LAW FIRM HAS ADVISED BURE EQUITY AB (PUBL)

MAQS Law Firm has advised Bure Equity AB (publ), the investment company quoted on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, on its acquisition of 4.7 per cent of the shares in Cygate AB (publ) from Conventum Venture Finance Oy. After the acquisition Bure owns 98.7 per cent of the shares in Cygate. The purchase price was MSEK 18.6.


Bure’s primary emphasis is on long-term ownership of unlisted companies with strong and stable earnings. As a principal owner, Bure creates shareholder value by focusing on the operating efficiency and capital structure of its portfolio companies. Focus is on long-term ownership and the creation of a portfolio with a balanced spread of operating and financial risk.

Cygate is a network integrator and provides services, products and solutions within secure IT-infrastructure.
