 DANISH SUPREME COURT DECISION CONCERNING KEYWORDS IN FULL TEXT IN ENGLISH 2009-12-04 On October 13, 2009, the Danish Supreme Court rendered a decision concerning keyword advertising. The Court refused to issue an injunction because whether registration of a keyword is “commercial use” of a trademark is in doubt.
