MAQS LAW FIRM HAS ADVISED THE SELLERS OF LECAB MATERIALHANTERING AB

MAQS Law Firm has advised the owners of Lecab Materialhantering
AB in connection with their sale of all the shares to the Norwegian
company Goodtech ASA.

Lecab is a well-established supplier of machines, equipment and services within the field of handling materials. The company has an export-orientated business and serves a wide range of customers on the Swedish market. Goodtech is a company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Goodtech expects synergies within sales, marketing, planning and delivery of technical solutions. Taking into account Goodtech’s earlier acquisitions, the group is now a significant operator within automation and handling of materials also in Sweden.

By its participation in the transaction MAQS Law Firm further strengthens its position as a leading advisor within the M&A sector. MAQS Law Firm serves a wide range of international clients and has during the last year advised on a large number of high profile and innovative transactions.
