MAQS LAW FIRM HAS ADVISED THE SELLERS OF TRAFIMARK AB

MAQS Law Firm has advised the sellers of Trafimark AB on their sale
of the company to Atkins Sverige AB. Trafimark AB was founded in 1990 and provide services within, i.a., traffic planning, project- and construction management. Trafikkontoret, Västtrafik (public transport company in Western Sweden), JCDecaux and Vägverket (Swedish Road Administration) are some of the largest customers.

Atkins Sverige offers qualified consulting services within social structure and infra structure, such as transport planning, urban development, railroads, geotechnics and tunnelling, landscape planning and project and constructing management. Atkins Sverige deliver solutions for public and private sector clients such as railroad companies, administrators of infrastructure, and developers and contractors. Atkins Sverige has local offices in Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, Malmö, Stockholm and Västerås.

Atkins head office is located in UK and operates worldwide across a number of markets such as, i.a., transportations, environment, design, energy, telecom and education. Atkins employs some 18 000 staff globally and has a turnover of appr. 1.8 billion EURO.

The transfer was completed in December 2008.

MAQS Law Firm's team was lead by partners Jens André and Lars Odinge who primarily was assisted by Johan Holm and Filippa Jönsson.

Atkins was advised by Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå. Their team was lead by partner Lars Kongstad, who primarily was assisted by Lucas Jonsson.
