Lars Lövgren has over fifteen years of experience working in a law firm and he specialises in labour law. He assists both Swedish and a large number of international (primarily American, German and British) companies and organisations in a variety of different industries including IT, automotive, energy, medicine and health care, retail, security, auditing, and financial services.

Within labour law, Lars advises his clients on a range of issues such as the setting up of a business, restructuring, the drafting of agreements, employment contracts and other documents (notably for overseas employees of global companies), the scaling back of activities, collective bargaining, employment disputes, negotiations (for example with trade unions), international labour law. Finally, he is often asked to hold lectures on labour law.
