Karin Hedberg is a Senior Associate at MAQS’s Gothenburg office and works with commercial contract law – mostly within the IT field and with transaction-related law. She has extensive counselling experience in relation to the preparation, negotiation and interpretation of commercial contracts that involve both Swedish and international companies.

Immediately before joining MAQS, Karin worked for the international law firm Ashurst as a part of its corporate and commercial group, focusing mainly on commercial agreements and immaterial property. She has court experience and has worked as a Clerk at the Nyköping District Court.
