The district court of Tallinn partly satisfied an appeal from MAQS' client in a complex land planning case
MAQS Law Firm, on behalf of a client, disputed a decision made by Tallinn City Council about a detail plan of the area Maarjamäe in Tallinn. The detail plan consits of decisions regarding the development and construction of apartments and office building in a unique area close to Pirita road and the bay of Tallinn.
