Evelin Pärn-Lee and Karolina Ullman of MAQS Law Firm in Tallinn represent Swedish V&S Vin & Sprit AB (publ) in a court case against the Estonian brewery A. Le Coq AS. The case has been commented on in Estonian media as the court has made a preliminary ruling forbidding A. Le Coq to sell its Chill cocktails as they may be infringing on V&S CHILL OUT trademark used for wines.
