On October 21, 2009, MAQS will host a seminar to Chinese high-level Prosecutors’ delegation. The seminar is a part of Study Tour on Criminal IPR Protection in Denmark, which is held by Danish Patent and Trademark Office (PVS) and supported by EU-CHINA Project on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR 2).

The members of the delegation are high-ranking officials from the China Supreme Procuratorate and local Procuratorate in the important municipalities, like Beijing and Shanghai.

During the seminar MAQS will introduce the IPR law system and practise in Denmark with particular focus on criminal law. Besides, MAQS and some of our selected clients will voice the clients’ experiences of IPR protection in Denmark and China, exchanging opinions with the Chinese prosecutors and officials from PVS.
