Our legal advice includes raising capital through issues, drawing up shareholder agreements, developing incentive programmes, managing registrations with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, working as a member of a board of firectors or as assistant/ secretary/chairman at AGMs and with issues related to corporate governance.
